Millard Lucian Tierce D.O. FABAI

Dr. Millard L. Tierce IV , “Buddy”,  is a native of Fort Worth, Texas and a graduate of Fort Worth Country Day School.  Dr. Tierce completed his Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees at Texas A&M University.   Returning to the metroplex, he received a Master of Science degree and Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at The University of North Texas Health Science Center followed by Pediatric residency at UT Southwestern in Dallas.  Most recently, he completed an Allergy and Immunology Fellowship at The Children’s Hospital of Michigan in Detroit. Dr. Tierce returned to his hometown in 2013 to join Bob Lanier, M.D. practicing allergy and immunology.

    Dr. Tierce is an active member of the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, The American Academy of Pediatrics, Texas Medical Association, and the American Osteopathic Association. While he enjoys all aspects of allergy and asthma care, Dr. Tierce has a special interest in food allergies, pediatric allergy and asthma, and recurrent infection.

    Dr. Tierce, his wife, and two children are happy to be back in Fort Worth near friends and family. His interests outside of the office revolve around his children’s school and extracurricular activities, and maintaining their family farm in Millsap, Texas.
